Samples

No special requirements.if you just need our stock, we can send you within 3-5days. and you need to pay the sample charge and freight charge.

Customized your own brand name

Use your own brand name to shown it on the machine body and you want to see your brand name as boot screen of machine. the min order qty request is 200sets.

Package Printing

if you need to customized your own package of machine. shown your brand name ,shown the special design on the carton, the min order qty is 500sets.

Custom process

After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.

1, If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.

2, If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.

3. as the customer paid the mold cost, we will starting to make the mold for him.

● After mold making, we will assemble the machine if the mold is ok. our engineer will test the machine and make the video that shown how to working, to make sure the machine samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.

● After samples confirmed, we will start mass production. The production flow as bellow:

Metal profile processing →Machine casing processing →spare pats test →Assemble machine→Machine debugging→Aging test→Packing

After mass production, then we will pack the quality products in cartons.

● Then we will ship our goods, small quantity, usually by express transport , such as FedEx , DHL, TNT, UPS, or by air. If large quantity, usually by sea or by air.
